1. The whole place is infested with cockroaches. 2. Unreasonable rules. They will tow your car away without any warning if you or your guests are parked at any guest spots. (Even if guest parking is completely open). 3. Gate breaks (average once per week). It fails wide-open and anyone can get in. 4. No security, cars break-ins happens all the time.
