Neighbors make too much noise apartments won't do anything about it do rent from this place
The rent is cheap. Parking is difficult in a small space. It takes a while to get stuff fixed. There are bugs, you just can't get rid of. Don't use the drop off box. If someone breaks in to there office, you'll pay to replace your money orders for rent. With rent overpriced every where, what choice do you have?
i was visiting a freind of mine who lives hear and the 30 min i was there a tree branch broke and landed on my car causing pretty significant damage… iv been calling for a week now, and even dropped a letter in the drop box but they haven’t answered or called back or anything… i hope i don’t have to get an attorney involved but i will if thats what it takes…. the management at this place is as bad as it could possibly be and there no response to somthing like this tells me everything i need to know about this place…
