Google "Dealer Direct Scam" for the truth about Chris Shuler, the owner. This shop is a scam. Whatever you do, never pay "up front" for an auto repair. My "Unlimited Warranty" was worthless. The car has been sitting at the shop for "warranty" work for over six weeks now. I'm going to have to pay to have it towed to another shop. They never even provided an invoice with the parts listed as new or used, and charged me for parts that I had bought and put in 3 days before I took the car to them.
City Garage Transmissions and Auto Repair did an excellent job. They repaired my AC within 30 minutes. Great service and great warranty. I love their honesty especially Chris is highly professional.
I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. This place jumpstarted my love for Floridans! My car started making some very sketchy sounds while I was driving up here, and like the idiot I am, I just ignored it. On my way to a job interview, it completely crapped out and wouldn’t even turn on. Very lucky for me, City Garage was a few blocks away.
