I recently had the chance to explore this building and I was impressed by the staff. Richard and Lee at the concierge desk were very helpful and made me feel welcomed. The location is a definite plus, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The public areas seem well-maintained, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. City Federal has a great location, and the attached parking garage is very convenient. While there is a fee for parking, I was happy to pay it for the added security and convenience of keeping my vehicle off the street. The only drawback is that navigating to the residential area or locating the resident you are visiting can be confusing if you are unfamiliar with the building. I would recommend having your friend or family member meet you, as it can be easy to get turned around otherwise.

Personally love living here but the problem is the new HOA under Victoria Shore I feel has their priorities screwed up. They are way too strict when it comes to who has access to the building and other living related matters but they are woefully behind when it comes to basic technology. They keep having their fire alarms go off over nothing and even as I type this, two of the elevators are out and it’s starting to get incredibly frustrating as of late how things have been running.
