We take the mess out of bath time with our unique, state-of-the-art self-service tubs and grooming stations. We currently have two groomers on staff. We also carry premium dog food and dog treats. Always a great cut on our difficult to style Bedlington Terrier. They did our fat cat with a dirty butt too. I kinda like the text confirmation of the appointment.

Employees have great personalities and they're always happy. Whenever I come to pick up my dog she's always groomed perfectly. Try bringing your dog in and whether you ask for the whole package or have to pick whatever it is you would like to have done you'll fine that you wills always get quality grooming and excellent work.
City Dog is the BEST downtown San Diego pet shop. Their selection of high quality toys, treats, and food is outstanding and their staff always greet you with a smile (human) and a kiss (canine).
City dog is a safe, friendly place to take my dog for his grooming needs. They do an excellent job, stick to their time schedule and are a safe place for my beloved Grizz. I highly recommend them for grooming and shopping.
The convenient location was a plus. Just a few blocks away from where we we were visiting. Covid Awareness a Plus. Their pet foods, treat products & toys make it worth a visit. If my dog could give a "thumbs-up", her dewclaw would be up!
I live in Normal Heights and I drive downtown to city dog with a screaming chihuahua because I know that they will give my dog all the love ....respect and attention that my fur baby deserves ....they do great work for a unbelievable low price....been going there for years and will continue to go there....l highly recommend Gary and his team of wonderful dog groomers
