I came here shortly after having my first truly bad experience with another dentist. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond with some insurance matters that consequently needed addressing, while Dr. Chae was both professional and down-to-earth, giving an excellent cleaning while patiently responding to all the worries and concerns my last dentist had left me with. Assuming my insurance doesn't change again in the next six months, I will definitely be going back to this office.
