Horrible Customer Service, Completely Random Billing – I have used City Computer multiple times, and every single time the customer service has been incredibly abhorred. The owner fails to even acknowledge you when you enter the place, you've got to actually start talking to him, which he seems to act as though it's an interruption from him and his precious computer screen, which as important as he treats it, is typically only browsing the Internet or playing a game.
