Unethical company who we have since turned in to the Department of Real Estate. This company sold one of the apartment complexes they own but still collected rent via autopay. They didnt notify the renters until after the sale of the property and are refusing to return the money. Rent then had to be paid again to the new owners management compamy. Mike is awesome!!! Citycom is always responsive, tentative and professional. I’ve owned my cafe for 5 1/2 years now and any issues I’ve had, they’ve always rectified the situation best to their ability.
Great property management company that manages your property as if they owned it.
Terrible customer service. They use fine print to avoid accountability and stepping up for their tenants. Dealing with Pablo is absolutely miserable. He never responds and takes months of endless calls/emails to get things done. The entire plaza is pieced together like putting lipstick on a pig. We paid out of pocket to rid the plaza of a rat infestation, paid out of pocket to reseal the storefront windows, paid out of pocket to cleanup after their roof leaked 3 times, and now they expect us to fix and potentially replace th... read more
