RecommendedThe amenities are amazing and so is the view! The building is so beautiful and historic and it's close to the riverwalk and tons of bars and restaurants downtown. Caroline was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us find the right apartment! Everyone who works there is super kind and friendly.

My daughter moved out on May 7th and they have yet to get their deposit back and no one answers the phones or calls back when you leave a message. Guess this will have to go to small claims court

She was super helpful and professional throughout the application process. Caroline gave us all the information we could have ever asked for and pulled some strings to guarantee we got the exact apartment we wanted. Highly recommend City Club and Caroline!

I've lived here for two years. My apartment has flooded 4-5 times and management has shown zero care. I'm pretty sure that i've been inhaling mold for the entirety of my stay there. I asked to be let out of my lease and was denied. I haven't been able to live in my apartment for the past week. I can't stress how trash this complex is and I have a high tolerance. I understand maintenance won't be super speedy while trying to help hundreds of residents and I fix things on my own but the property mangers I have dealt with truly... read more
RecommendedI love living here! Chip was the one who helped find the perfect apartment for us, he truly went above and beyond and we are super appreciative. Since moving in, I have enjoyed every minute of living here because of everything they have to offer in the building such as the valet, gym, dog park, etc. the view out of my room is breath taking, I am grateful to wake up in this apartment every morning. Not rent 1st floor units that they know flood without disclosing that info to lessees. Actually answering emergency maintenance calls would be cool. And actually doing preventive work (clearing storm drains, fixing gutters) instead of blaming "Michigan Weather" every time a unit floods.
somebody posted a video of their apartment flooding, you guys should close this place down.
My sons apartment has flooded three times in as many days. Nothing was done about it. The property manager was not contactable!!
