DO not rent from here.... it’s been over a year and still NO dog park, NO restaurant, and no wine/coffee bar. They charge you $2.50 a package if you order online and the pool is 3ft and full covered... not I door outdoor. Not to mention other stuff.. go to my Facebook page to read the review and see the pictures! I did however love George, Alex, and jasmine at the front... they were amazing!
I toured the City Club Cincinnati recently and was so impressed with the entire concept...from location to the interior decor...amazing amenities and priceless views. Cute touches and dog friendly - love it all. It is historic and contemporary at the same time. Kudos!
Unprofessional management. CEO of the company that owns this property is unprofessional 8 treats employees like insubordinates. Rotating staff because of poor management. A disappointment.
This apartment complex is great. Awesome staff who make me feel at home all the time. Becky abs Mary are the best. Wonderful place to live!

This is such a wonderful company to rent from!! I’m young and inexperienced when it comes to renting but Becky was amazing and so helpful when I had any concerns or troubles with it!! I can’t thank her enough!!!
The concept of this building is spectacular and the plans they have moving forward are exciting not only for the residents but the downtown Cincinnati business district. But this property is not managed well whatsoever. There is absolutely terrible communication between staff members and awful communication between staff and construction management.
