I absolutely loved working with Sarah! I can't imagine a better realtor for a first-time homebuyer. She was incredibly organized and explained every part of the homebuying process so clearly (and had excellent materials to refer to!). I felt so supported the whole way through and she gave just the right amount of information when I needed it! I am still going back to her emails weeks later to access all the good info she put in them! She's a great realtor and as a bonus is just a fun person to work with as well!

I worked with Sarah Brazell as a first time home buyer and could not recommend her enough!! She took her time explaining the whole process from start to finish and answered my millions of questions along the journey of finding a home. We contacted City Chic in a desperate position of needing a place in DC on a very quick timeline with a list of things we were looking for in a new home. Imani searched high and low for rentals, was a great communicator, and was patient with us as we asked tons of questions and did several virtual tours. We were able to move with a quick turnaround all because Imani made it possible for us. Cannot recommend City Chic enough. The price is so reasonable and the value is priceless.
