Never answer their phones nor emails. I would literally watch them let the phone continue to ring. Closed on times they’re suppose to be open. UNPROFESSIONAL office. Dirty parking lots. Gate is broken half of the time. Roaches. Terrible neighbors. New car getting broken into every day. Had the audacity to raise their rent as if it’s worth it. Don’t move here unless you don’t value your life �
These apartments are unsafe and dirty. Infestations. Used car parking lot. Trash. Neighbors are terrible. Pool dirty and too many people. No rules or regulations. Two murders in five weeks.
Poor to no response to major request. Pool and parking lots dirty. Gunfire. No security. Disrespectful tenants. Anyone can live here. they don't check backrounds.

Making payments is unnecessarily difficult. I have been leaving voicemails all week and you never got back with me. Now I have a late fee on top of the electric charge that should not be on my bill. There is no way to set up auto bill pay and no one ever answers the phone or responds to voicemails. In all my years of renting I have never had a late payment. However now thanks to your inadequate business practices I have had two late payments.
