The people that work for city chase are a complete joke. Please do not give them your business...
If you want to live somewhere that consistently ignores your safety this is the place for you. This places lets stray pitbulls run around and when brought to their attention tells you they are not legally responsible if you get bitten. They have allowed the dumpster trash to over run into the parking lot all around the complex When asked about it they blew us off. It's evident that city chase does not care about their residents.
These apartments are highly infested with roaches.
Shockingly unprofessional. I never received my lease renewal agreement. I reached out to them via email 30 days before my lease end using the contact information in the resident portal to inquire about the renewal process and how it is initiated. After a week with no reply, I finally had to take off work early to come in and find out what happened. Need better security, trash pick up, better quality of neighbors- screen back round check closer, too many murders in one years time, increasing pest (both animal and bug) that never seem to be attended to.
