My son's & I were in town for business from KC so you know we kinda know our BBQ well we Googled closest BBQ & we got City Butcher & Loved it! We will be back & recommend to friends! :)
BBQ done right. Second only to my...ahhh who am I kiddin'?! They rock the house every time.
Best bbq in town. They respect the quality of the meat. If you want it get there early. They sell out early on alot of products. They also offer steaks and other products to take home and enjoy.
Best BBQ ever! If you are in the Springfield, MO area, I would highly recommend making time for lunch or dinner at City Butcher. The burnt ends were fantastic as was everything else I tasted!
Fantastic service. Fantastic food. I was raised in Dallas Texas. BBQ is my life. These guys hit a home run with this place and the staff was super nice. I look forward to going again. The burnt ends we're the best I've ever had.

Found this place by accident during my regular travels through Springfield. What a pleasant find this was. When it comes to BBQ I'm pretty picky, but their brisket and pulled pork was spot on! I'll have to come back through and try some other items.
best in area highly recommended.. get there early to get the best selections! :)
