The brisket is the best we've had, tender and flavorful. We visited both locations and the staff at both were friendly and welcoming. Being truck drivers we've been all over the US been to smoke houses in all states and this place is hands down the best. Awesome service and even better food. We look forward to visiting both locations again. My husband can't wait to try your tomahawk steak and I'm looking forward to getting to the downtown location for brunch.
Brisket and Burnt Ends better than anywhere in St. Louis. I have had better sides elsewhere... however, I didn't come here for the sides. It is simple perfection on butcher paper! Give the sauces a taste out of courtesy... although you probably won't want/need them.
