The meat was so tender and flavorful! We will be back when we come to Springfield again!
We ate here for the first time today...we will be back! We had a combination of the brisket and pulled pork. Oh my!! Both were good, but the brisket was over the top! It was tender, smokey, and juicy inside and just the right amount of crispy on the ends.
My girls have celiac disease and all their meats are gluten free and safe! We all ate there yesterday without getting sick. That’s a HUGE deal for us! They were very knowledgeable about celiac and how dangerous cross contamination is for people who have it. Their bbq is OUT OF THIS WORLD good. Don’t wait, GO NOW!
The Pot Belly sandwich is hands down the best! They are very quick but make sure to get there before the meat sells out!
Just bought my first brisket sandwich here on my first visit. There are just three words to describe this.....AMAZING, DELICIOUS, and FANTASTIC. I know now that I do not have to go to KC for great food. Excelsior.

Let's just talk about customer service. I made a reservation a couple months ago to have a group of friends eat for my husband's birthday. Somehow, there was something missed. Long story short...there was some miscommunication...which happens. I called a hour ahead to double check and found out they didn't have it set up but assured me they would make sure it happened.
