the food is good but i ordered 45 minutes ahead and i got there and they still hadn’t made my bowl, and then when i told them i was there they made 3 other peoples orders (who had just gotten their order taken, mind you) and then after them i finally got mine. it was just annoying having to wait 10 minutes inside when it wasn't busy and i ordered ahead.
First let me say I always frequent this location and love it. However my experience today was definitely different. Paid for extra Nutella and didn’t get it. When I told the young male employee I paid for extra he said that was extra and told me I had to pay a dollar more to add more. I get the same bowl every time I visit and this was the first time I had ann issue. And worse, he handed me my bag without saying thank you … If I visit this location again, I will definitely request this employee not to prepare my bowls…
I gave four stars because I usually have a good experience here. Today, I pulled up to the store at 7:44 p.m., and they didn’t close until 8:00 p.m. The “open” sign was still lit, and the door was unlocked. When I walked inside and up to the counter, they had already essentially closed the whole place down with all the food items put away. I stood there for a second in confusion, and then I walked back to my car. I know at least one employee saw me, but nobody said a word.
