Just wanted to say that Jeff Block Team has sold over 6 of my rental properties very smoothly. If something needs repairs or cleanout of the property before sale, he can handle that also. Very professional and his team responds to any questions I may have. You cannot go wrong with Jeff...He's the best

Jeff and his team are the best you can’t expect and ask for in a real estate team. They don’t over promise and they do over deliver. Jeff knows the city incredibly well which could be very useful for someone new to the city but he is also known to have deep relationships and expertise for Philly all timers.

Jeff "City" Block of Compass is very knowledgeable, as well as down to earth real estate agent, Professional and awesome. He managed our buying an apartment and selling our home of 50 years without any stress for us. Jeff was available by phone any time we had questions or concerns.
