They offer an excellent variety of products, top brands, and great deals. On top of that, the customer service is consistently friendly and professional. Definitely my go-to bike shop.
I recently had a TERRIFIC experience with City Bikes! They had a bike for sale online that I was interested in and could not find anywhere near me. I contacted the store to confirm that they really did have it in stock, then worked with Anais by phone and email to answer questions and arrange payment and shipping details.
