This is usually my Go to Place BUT since change in new managment and replaced all their techs (workers) they are unfriendly and seem to not care about customer service. I usually never return for redo's but I returned the next day to request change in shellac color cause I was not satisfied. They agreed to change it but in the middle of redoing my nails another girl came to finish and IT WAS HORRIBLE. The shellac is already chipping and its clumpy. Henry has done a great job on my nails on several occasions. I'm always so relaxed during my pedicures and always have either no wait or a very short one. I always leave very happy with my nails and very relaxed.
This place made a mistake with my nails so I was told to go back another day so they could fix them. The day I go back to get my nails fixed they wanted to charge me like if I was getting a new set. I was told they’d fix their mistake instead I went back and they charged me like if I was paying for the full set. New management sucks! Don’t get me wrong the employees are nice but they are new and don’t know what they are doing.
new management, new staff.. pedi was horrible but Billy really did a great job on my fill and fixed the mess the other guy made on my toes..
Love the colors and the prices will be coming back again soon
John was great with my pedicure. New management is very nice
