I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!! THE GUY ACTUALLY STARTED YELLING AT ME! By farrrrr the worst nail place I've ever encountered!!!!! Not to mention, my nails look horrible!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Thanks for taking your time to write a review, Julia. It was a refill that you had done. Your nails was really long when you came in and three needed to be replaced. So it's gonna be a bit off when u compare new nails and older one when being cut short. As far as the polish, you must've messed up the color cuz its regular polish not shellac. But we're more then happy to fix your polish for you!
Was a basic nail salon. Which is sad. It's like get you in get you out. Service is mediocre and when asked to correct the nail techs start talking in another language. I need to find a good nail salon!!!

My mom and I went for fills. They were in such a hurry I felt my nail beds burning. The tech said I had sensitive nail beds.. I have had acrylic nails for years and never been in pain like that or told I had sensitive nail beds. She was way too rough. I had cuts along the side of several nails from her sharp file cutting into my skin. She was in such a hurry, and to make it even worse, the nails didn't even look good! Way too short and rounded. When I asked for square. Never again ..
I've tried several nail shops and find the one at City Base West clean, quiet, & efficient techs. Prices are very reasonable. Have recommended to several friends.
Love this place! For over 3 years been getting my nails done here and I am always satisfied with their work and service !
