RecommendedGreat service and comprehensive, honest advice. The new location by Plattsburgh Animal Hospital is very nice with a comfortable, inviting waiting area. I was even offered coffee and a fresh donut on my visit. Five stars!
I am amazed with how family oriented this business is! When I walked in with my 14 month old daughter, it was like I was visiting family. When you have kids it makes it so much easier being a customer to have things to keep them busy while you wait. I have been to businesses where bringing my daughter with me seemed to be a nuisance. I am so happy that we found this business! I recommend them to everyone that needs work done on their vehicle. They are upfront and honest about their work.

This is the second time I’ve had my vehicle serviced at C.A.R.S and I am so grateful to their whole service team. for not only outstanding work, but for their customer service and compassion! I had a great experience with CARS. They got my car in next day for a brake job, communicated everything clearly, worked around my schedule and got the job done well! Very friendly staff and very helpful. Hoping I won’t need more work done on my car but if I do, I’ll be returning to CARS!
