I went in for a state inspection after a place downtown told me I needed about $3000 worth of repairs to pass my car for things that "might" be wrong with it. I went to a second place and they said $480. City Auto told me the only thing keeping me from passing was a light not working on a side door mirror. They were super friendly, helpful and professional. They will be getting all my future business.
RecommendedI find that the team at City Auto Repair & Sales is helpful, friendly, and thorough. They are honest as to what time frame they can get the car repairs done in. The repair prices are reasonable and the repairs are spot on. I highly recommend trying them out!
I stopped in after work today 11/18 to ask about programming my TPMS sensors. I recently had 4 tires and new sensors installed at another garage and they could not program them. City Auto did it in less than 15 minutes and did not charge me a dime. Thank you very much. It's nice not having my dashboard lit up. lol Pizza is on me Friday Robert Craig
Everyone is SUPER nice there! Unlike Dealers, they won't bend you over & nickel & dime you! Just went in to get my tires broken down and re-beaded\sealed. Good ole NYS salt! :( Got in within 15 and was out within the hour for just over 25\tire which is the going rate. Being in the IT field I really appreciate the honesty and the conversations with the owners. They give alot back to the community as well!
Our truck needed a new transmission, and after shopping around, we found these guys. Our truck was picked up, parts ordered, and today we picked it up! All this while the owner was having heart surgery! I cannot say enough about their great customer service, and will recommend them to anyone who asks!
My first time as a CARS customer was this week and I was very impressed. Fast service, friendly staff, and fair prices. My favorite staff member though has to be Samson the German Shepard that kept me company while I waited!! Free WIFI, coffee, and doughnuts while you wait!

I’m a local veteran who travels around the country giving speeches on PTSD Awareness and Suicide Prevention. As you can imagine I put lots of miles on my Jeep Wrangler with my service dog Dash in back. I had a small issue with tire rotation and needed an immediate diagnosis and fix. First experience with this garage. Was scheduled for an inspection only. They got me in within a few days of calling. (Normally I will go to my dealer but they were unable to get me in.) Turns out I needed back brakes. They brought me back to show me & explained why. They were able to replace the brakes right away so I would pass inspection. Very professional & I never felt as though I was being scammed at any time. Will return. Thankful for their prompt service.
