If your not an inspiring artist or have a handicap ( wheelchair bound, blind, or deaf) don't waste your time.. they'll put you on a waiting list but they prefer "artist" �
City Arts is a great place to live. The apartments are lovely and spacious and convenient on many levels. It is wonderfully refreshing to live in a community with other creative people. My son and I have made lifelong friends here, in the building and in the community of Greenmount West. .
