I had a major issue with my water heater, and this plumber botched the repair. They came in, fiddled with a few things, and claimed it was fixed. Two days later, it broke again. When I called them back, they acted like it was my fault. Unbelievable.
This plumber overcharged me and did a terrible job. The prices were not transparent, and they added hidden fees without my consent. The work was shoddy, and I'm still dealing with the consequences. Not recommended.
