Stay away from CitrusValley. They don't accept responsibility for their mistakes. On April 14th, I communicated to them to Cancel my Supra Membership and they responded back that its cancelled. See attached screenshot. They failed to communicate to Supra and Supra charged me the monthly fees. When I call them to get this addressed, they just say its a error in their office and they forgot to notify Supra and that I have to eat the monthly fees Supra charged.
