Bought a used Jeep from this Ford dealership and it has been nothing but problems. I’ve already had to replace the front and lower control arms because of play, and the harmonic balancer because it was wobbling. There may still be engine or transmission issues. It also had a small coolant leak that only shows up when the engine is at running temperature. Obnoxious salesmen
I’m writing this for future customers. Before the sale: I had visited Citrus Ford several times and never felt comfortable with the overall customer service. The only reason I eventually bought my Mustang there was because one saleswoman was exceptional — respectful, professional, and fair. She earned my business. When I bought the car, I was asked to leave a 5-star review, and I did — but that review was really for her service, not the dealership as a whole. After the sale: Completely different experience. Came in for an oil change tire rotation, was told I needed new brake pads and rotors which is crazy cause I just changed my pads. Then they said my transmission could use service said the fluid was “Dirty” which is also wild cause ford of upland just changed it maybe 6months ago. They also said all my fluids were dirty or low even the washer fluid which I had topped up the week prior.
