My experience was going great so far even if we did not come to an agreement on a deal. They appraised my vehicle and took pictures of it entirely. They said they were going to take my vehicle to the back for the mechanics to look at. Once we decided we didn't want to follow through the deal. They then brought my vehicle back with NEW DAMAGE to my wheel. I drive an Audi RS 5 so the wheels are EXPENSIVE.
