Laurie and Veronica at Citrus Creek West provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making everything go smoothly. Their communication was clear, their follow-through was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help with every question and request. It’s rare to find a team that is this responsive and thoughtful, and I truly appreciate the great experience they created.
This place is horrible! All they want is your money! Every policy, rule, agreement, etc. is set up against you and in favor of them. You can't even pay your rent early!!!! It is stupid! They have changed that to where you HAVE to pay it between the 1st and the 3rd or you will owe a late fee. They set their system to not allow payments before the 1st. I have lived here for 6 months, and this has easily been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. From day one, there were problems—the AC was not working when I picked up my keys. Since then, the issues have been constant and unacceptable. My washer has broken twice, my dishwasher has had multiple issues, and my AC is now on its THIRD breakdown.
