Worst experience Ever. When I first went to the office, everything was perfect, until I sign my lease. After signing my lease they gave one sticker so that I can park my car under the covered parking spaces, I have a Mercedes benz and my fiancé a Toyota, I gave the sticker for parking to my fiancé, I asked the lady that was doing all the paper work by the name of Angie, about another sticker and she replied to me. Unhelpful Went to inquire about renting a apartment and the leasing agent was very unhelpful and just about had to argue with Sarah to get shown a unit won't be renting in the future I can just imagine the help I would have if I had a problem as a tenant
Awful management The place is not bad per se, but the current management (ago 2016) is keeping this place with permanent vacancy due to unsatisfied neighbors not renewing their lease,or even leaving before finishing it. Pity indeed.

Citrus Apt. I've been here a little over a year and it's been decent living for the price, maintenance does that longer than it should but other than that it's a good place to live.
Nice and quiet neighborhood Have been living here for about a month and half now and it's a lot better than other places I have lived. Price is relatively good compared to other places. Only concern is the maintenance. You ask for something to be fixed in your apartment and sometimes it takes days for them to fix it. You have to constantly keep reminding the office for your stuff to get fixed. Other than that I happy so far.
