They took good care of my husband. No long wait either.
Need to replace those awful chairs. How can you expect people to wait for hours in such uncomfortable chairs? Other than that, everything ok, good people, friendly competent staff.

Took my daughter here today, poor service start to finish. Her appointment was scheduled for 8:30 over 2 weeks ago, but they didn't have her down. But since she had already been prepped, they didn't want her to leave. At 11 they finally took her back. Took less than an hour for procedure, Yay! The nurse came to get me said my daughter was crying and scared, this happens. Nurse was horribly rude treated her like cattle. This was assembly line medicine at its finest. Very competent and caring medical staff. My wife and have used the facility twice each. Very satisfied.
I had an ERCP and a Colonoscopy today at this facility. I am completely impressed with every part of this place! Everyone was professional and personable. I felt so safe and cared for. I highly recommend this place to everyone! They made a very scary experience, a lot better. One nurse even held my hand till I went to sleep. Thank you so much to all of you!
