Great place, everyone makes a difficult test that much better. Almost enjoy going there.....well except the prep before ;-)
The office and medical staff at Citrus were top notch. From the moment I walked in the door, the reception area staff were kind and helpful. I didn't wait long to be taken back for my procedure. The medical staff were happy, kind, and did an excellent job of putting me at ease. From the tech to the nurse to the nurse anesthetist to the docs... everyone answered my questions, made me comfortable and even got me to laugh. I really felt well cared for.
I had a colonoscopy on Oct. 4th, they were all very professional, got there at 11:30am, everything went very well, was out at 1:30. That was the expected time. They were all great.
Very unprofessional extremely far behind without any word from the staff, I hate being in the medical field and visiting other offices that are just incompetent.
I had a colonoscopy yesterday, June 13, and the people were very courteous and professional at there job. My doctor was running behind because of complications with another surgery, but I would use this group again . I would rate them excellent
EVERYONE at the center was courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable about the procedure. I was very satisfied!
