If I could leave zero stars a would! This was the worst experience myself and my family have ever faced. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ANDYS CHARM! Not only was my deceased mother’s home left filthy, wet and damage done to the walls. Nothing was done as promised! Andy was unprofessional in his manner when speaking of the state of the home. He quoted an amount which was for 2-3 days work. He tried to put the amount up and when his cleaners came they only stayed for 8 hours over 1 day!! Absolutely terrible experience. I hired Sitraclean Solutions for a seasonal cleaning service, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The cleaners left major areas untouched, didn’t even mop the floors, and left visible stains throughout the house. Worse still, they damaged my brand new oven, BBQ, and some of my furniture with their careless work and cleaning products. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any service company. I booked Citraclean Solutions for a full seasonal clean of my rental home, and what they delivered was beyond unacceptable. They left large parts of the house dirty, didn’t mop the floors, and caused serious damage to my oven, BBQ, and even some of my furniture. I would recommend this company to anyone. Andy is so kind. The whole experience was far easier than I expected or deserved. And the result was amazing. Professional, efficient, diligent. I was drowning in squalor and he made it so easy to fix. Loving my clean home now!
