I was faced with the big job of clearing my father's house after he passed away recently. It was too much for me. Andy was so helpful and worked with me every step of the way. It was very important for me to donate items so they didn't end up on landfill. Andy organised, sorted the donatable items and delivered them to the charity shops on my behalf. I was kept updated with videos so I could see how things were going. I couldn't have asked for more.

Negative experience with this cleaning company. Very expensive for what they delivered. Andrew mainly knows how to talk, but the service did not match the promises.

'Without Prejudice' The worse experience I have encountered. I cannot believe the cost of clearing out my Mothers deceased estate went from $14,000 to $28,000. Please get other quotes, dont fall for Andy's lies. The house is getting rented out and real estate agent said where's curtains? I was horrified that he took them. He even took toilet paper off toilet roll holders He knew there were Builders completing work outside and they had to get baby wipes out of Van. Honestly, I was in need for a fresh start. I was promised that I would be happy with the work I desperately needed. Andy and Citraclean went above and beyond my expectations. If you need your house, property cleared and cleaned, this is the only place to go. If something wasn't up to my needs/standard, Andy and the Citraclean team made sure I was happy and it was done right. I am very happy to have an organised and beautifully cleaned house. I can’t thank the whole CitraClean team enough. I was drowning trying to clear my late mother’s home. Andy came and started AND FINISHED the job in one very long day. The crew stayed late to make sure it was all finished. They did a fabulous job. I am so grateful. I would definitely use their services again and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a service like this. Thank you all sooooo much. Life changing for me!
