Honestly, I was in need for a fresh start. I was promised that I would be happy with the work I desperately needed. Andy and Citraclean went above and beyond my expectations. If you need your house, property cleared and cleaned, this is the only place to go. If something wasn't up to my needs/standard, Andy and the Citraclean team made sure I was happy and it was done right. I am very happy to have an organised and beautifully cleaned house. I can’t thank the whole CitraClean team enough. I was drowning trying to clear my late mother’s home. Andy came and started AND FINISHED the job in one very long day. The crew stayed late to make sure it was all finished. They did a fabulous job. I am so grateful. I would definitely use their services again and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a service like this. Thank you all sooooo much. Life changing for me!

Just wanted to say thank you to Andy and his team for the fantastic job of removing all items from my vacated elderly sisters unit. As part of the deal items in good condition were donated to charity. The next day Andy came back with his crew to do a deep clean. The final result was way beyond our expectations and was completed within a very tight time frame. Many thanks Andy for your professionalism and for stepping us through a difficult process. If I could leave zero stars a would! This was the worst experience myself and my family have ever faced. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ANDYS CHARM! Not only was my deceased mother’s home left filthy, wet and damage done to the walls. Nothing was done as promised! Andy was unprofessional in his manner when speaking of the state of the home. He quoted an amount which was for 2-3 days work. He tried to put the amount up and when his cleaners came they only stayed for 8 hours over 1 day!!
