My expierence with the staff during this hospital stay was pleasant. For the most of the nurses that I have had, the techs that drew blood inserted my ivy, from clerks checking me in as well as the very first nurse that got and received my question on the 3rd floor. They were professional and polite all of them. It was a much better experience that I had from my ER visit a couple months ago in the begging of this year. Good job.
Loved the people at the infusion center that assisted my mother we go weekly for over a month now and the staff is the best.
I could not of asked more from the staff at Citizens for the care of my father during his cardiac event. The team in the emergency room with the physician, the ICU and Cath Lab to the point of making it to his room with the care of nurses our family could not of asked for more. Because of the caring teams my father has continued to live out his life in noting his family and friends. Thanks Citizens!
Friendly and supportive staff with willingness to help a patient succeed in his or her goal to return to optimal function post joint replacement surgery. Truly the hospital for the citizens of Victoria and surrounding counties.
