Why did they tell me they don't do x-rays in the ER? 🤔 They handed me a paper saying my organs, blood, and urinalysis were fine instead of ordering an x-ray or MRI. I feel like the doctor was reckless not using all of the equipment he had at his disposal to diagnose it. 😡 I came in not able to walk and left the same. P.S. Watch out for that speedbump at the doors leaving the ER in a wheelchair. 🤕 Wish I'd stuck with Detar. This is my first and last visit to Citizens. I'm going back to Detar North.

My mother was admitted through the ER for an ongoing health issue that was getting more and more serious. Several days later she was moved to ICU and she was almost unresponsive. Julie, one of the ICU nurses, made it possible for me to talk to my mom while she held the phone up to her ear so I could tell her I love her and I heard her mumble the same. I want to thank the nurses, doctors, other medical staff and everyone else here for the incredible care I received for the past 2 days. Tremendous people work hard here everyday and they deserve to be recognized. Thank you all!!!
