Many empty and available tables on inside of restaurant, but the very rude nasty and condescending hostess Jourdan wasn't accommodating that. Glad the waiter Justin is nice.

Disappointed. Long wait for food then told they Ran out of mash potatoes for meatloaf but had baked potatoes??? Guess mashing real potatoes wasn't an option. Brought out food sans potatoes. Did comp a free desert which was nice since two skinny slabs of what looked like Salisbury steak wasn't worth $24. Latte took forever to get, it was cold by the time it was served. Wish casinos offered better options late night.

Terrible service. Tasteless food. Not to mention expensive.
The food was good... the service was horrible. We told the waiter we would like to finish our drink before our order was put in, but our food came right away and we never saw him again until we flagged him down to pay. It was obvious right off he wasn't engaged. Way too many options to go back! Looking at past reviews here, service is obviously a consistent problem.

Had a Cobb salad..it was great. Bartender was fantastic as far as personality, humor and care. Glass of wine . WTF!!!!!! $16!!?? Um No..... for 5oz pour of house Merlot!.. :(. Won't be doing that again.
Food was good but the service was awful. How hard is it to bring a side of mayo?

"You can only sit at our patio, this section of seating is closed". Which would be fine if you had a damn seat available. Maybe open the rest of your damn seating and not have staff that are so rude to your patrons.
