RecommendedFirst time dinning at Citizens and we were very impressed. All the dishes looked as though they could be on the cover of the Food Network Magazine. We had the hot Pastrami Sandwich which was hands down the best we've ever eaten. Top Shelf place!
The food are very special!!!

Wonderful!!!!! Wish we wouldve checked tjos place out sooner. Great food, great prices, great service.
My wife and I have been there a couple of times and always had the hot wings and tempura shrimp. Bloody Mary and lemon drop martini. Was great both times. This time she had the prime rib dinner and I had the short rib lasagna. Was delicious.

Reading some of these reviews I wonder if the people that gave bad reviews know anything about Vegas. Let me start by saying this place is awesome and exactly what you expect. This is a 24hr food place in Mandalay Bay. They deal with huge crowds before and after Michael Jackson show, they are attached to a huge convention center, they have great concerts here (Macklemore and Kesha, Rick Ross this week.)
