Verified Renter Citizen and Oake has lovely amenities and a great staff. The folks from the main office to the regular maintenance crew are friendly and work hard to keep C&O beautiful and a nice home for all that live here.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in!!! Don’t rent here! My refrigerator constantly leaked water. I had to get rid of ants in the apartment. Nothing in my apartment in a year got fixed. I was getting ready to move and specifically asked them to hold an important package. They sent my package return to sender after it was delivered BEFORE I moved out. On top of all of this there was poeple breaking into my neighbors cars.
