Verified Renter Since moving into The Heights at Bear Creek I have been pleasantly surprised. Management/Office Staff is very professional, helpful and nice. Maintenance staff are always timely, nice and professional. All maintenance work gets done in a timely manner and so far no crazy complaints except parking can be tough to find on my work schedule.
