I've lived at Citiview Terrace for almost 4 years and I love it here. The rent is reasonable for the area and considering that surrounding apartments of comparable stature are going for much higher. I've lived in both a studio and a one-bedroom, and both units are very spacious with trendy hardwood-like flooring and wall colors. The property manager, Julie, is very nice, helpful and responsive to questions and concerns. She's great at resolving issues. Maintenance are very quick with responding to requests as well. Citiview Apartments Property Manager is great as is Maintenance. Rent though is very high for 1 bedrooms. For some reason if you renew lease they now charge extra If you want your carpet cleaned.They do keep place up, but lately security has had to be increased due to vandalism to cars and building not sure why as it is a decent neighborhood, but near High School. Guess It could be worse right? I just hate to move, but probably will end of next lease due to cost as I need bigger and can pay less for more. Studios though are ... read more
We love Citiview Terrace! Great location, walkable to the NoHo Arts District (and Metro Red Line). Great amenities - gym, pool, hot tub, trash, laundry, parking. And great management! Julie and Edmundo are both wonderful.
