we came for st anne feast bukit mertajam..had a great stay..room is clean...requested for make up the room after came in the room is in tip top tq for the house keeping staff...requested for non smoking room.Requested for sea view kids enjoyed the view.we had a peace full stay at cititel penang..tq so much

I'm a regular here. Most of the staff lnows me. Been staying here for many years for St. Anne's festival in Bukit Mertajam & CNY every uear. All the staff are very warm. Room service is very good & efficent. Will be coming here again. What I like here most is the water dispenser. It really quench you thirst aftet an outing. Keep it up & cheers��������

All the staff present, no matter how is in excellent, but room wifi the first night 19 July is ok, but to night 20 July is very pretty poor, I'll need to stay untill to 23 July. How can I standed for this poorly equipment these two more days�.

ควรปรับปรุง 1.เครื่องปรับอากาศ(Aircondition)เพราะไม่เย็น ต้องเปิดพัดลมช่วยจึงเย็น 2.ปลั๊กไฟฟ้าเสียบไม่เข้า เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าจากประเทศไทยใช้ไม่ได้ เต้าเสียบต่างกัน นอกนั้นพอใช้ ขอบคุณครับ
