Hotel yang Bersih dan Selesa..cuma bab Sarapan kurang sedap..Nasi lemak ikan bilis keras..sambal nya rasa pelik. harap dpt di Perbaiki..nanti..Xserik nk Bermalam disini..
This Cititel penang is not giving priority to customers' needs event hough you have clearly specified what you want before arrival to me it is not worth a penny to stay especially for business traveller

RecommendedHotel isn’t a very new hotel but surprisingly it’s very well-maintained. Even though we were facing small problem with looking for a parking due to this CNY peak season I believe but still d staff is very helpful in getting us d parking. Hotel room is neat and clean. And the front staffs are also very attentive and friendly where I believe this is very important in a hospitality field.
