I was happy with the way they started on time and it was an efficient process.
My visit was great! Thats a compliment in itself, I mean who likes visiting the dentist?! The staff was friendly, geniuely seemed concerned, about your well being of having good oral health. I almost don't want to give a review, I don't want to share! It helps that the doc is easy on the eyes!!!

My only complaint with Midtown is that my Humana Dental insurance is virtually worthless.

It was a very pleasant experience. Everything was explained to me in detail. The young ladies were very nice and very sociable from the beginning to the end. Dr. Nelson was very informative and included visual and verbal explanations of my condition as well as the procedures and what comes next. The periodontist qas also very pleasant and sociable. I am definitely going to recommend this office to my friends and family.
