Simple as could be. Ordered a pump on line, it was here in no time and fit the boat perfectly.
I ordered a new air conditioner and it arrived on time. The only problem was it was damaged in shipping. I called Citimarine and the said that they would ship another unit that day. They shipped the unit as promised without any trouble at all. They have been GREAT! Customer relations kept in touch with me the whole time and turned, what could have been a nightmare, into a quick and pleasant resolution.
I called Citimarine and they answered the phone on the first ring. I needed a new Dometic a/c unit for my Formula 40PC. They Answered all of my technical questions, processes my order in less than 5 minutes on a Friday morning and I received the new a/c unit Tuesday morning. It could not have gone any smoother and the a/c unit was easy to install, removal of old unit and installation of new in less than 3 hours. Just in time for my July 2 week Chesapeake Bay cruise.
