Well, the price for a new marine refrigerator was good and the free shipping was terrific. The "chat" people were polite and Carlos seemed to be terrific. Unfortunately, The refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered on Friday wasn't delivered until the following Thursday and was severely damaged. The cardboard box around the Vitrifrigo was crushed and there was no internal packaging to protect the fridge. Ordered our northern lights filters for the Caribbean season from citimarine. Quick delivery and great prices. Back for more in the spring.
I ordered a Q Logic board for our A/C unit on board our boat. Citimarine had one in stock at a reasonable price and shipped it out to us. No hassles, no problems. I would definitely purchase from them again.
I actually have had good success using Citimarine. What bothers me is that on 1/15/2018, they offered me $25 to write a review here. Why do they need to do that? So be very suspect about reviews written around this time. It's a crappy practice and Citimarine needs to apologize about it and have all the reviews caused by it to be removed.
Simple order for a replacement part, came as ordered and even delivered early. Follow up treatment was as if I was a major customer. Great Service!
