I went for my first appointment at CitiDental the other day and it was a great experience! They have an online portal to fill out paperwork beforehand so when I walked in they were immediately ready to take me in for my appointment. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and they worked with me to plan out my next visits at my own pace since I have some fillings that will need to be replaced and I won't be able to do them all at once. Definitely would recommend!

All the staff at CitiDental Boston are extremely kind and welcoming. I really appreciate all of the communication before and after the appointment, and the warm demeanor when I come in. Also, I love how thorough everyone is in explaining dental issues / procedures with me. Without being prompted to do so, staff are always walking me through what is happening and how I can address the problem going forward. Going to the dentist is never a blast, but the staff at CitiDental make it 100x better!
Growing up I was ALWAYS afraid of going to the Dentist to the point where I needed anxiety medications. Going to an office with a dog working as a patient greeter says a lot about the people who work there( you have to be good people to work along side animals, right.) the wait was just that much more pleasant. I have been a CitiDental fan for many years. Doctors and hygienists are are clearly upper-echelon, best in class.I have had a lot of work done at CitiDental, including periodontal surgery, crowns and cleanings. Concerning costs, CitiDental always makes sure that I understand all options. I've always felt that they had my best interests in mind. I recommend this practice without reservation!
Appointments always are on time - they have the latest technology and everyone is amazingly nice!
