I’ve been using their service for almost a year now. They are always on time! Very satisfied overall.
I took my gym pant here. The lady took my pant and said paul would call me with a quote as she didn’t speak English. Paul called me and said it would be $40. I told him it’s only 3 very tiny holes and one medium size hole. He then called me back and said his tailor can’t repair the pant even though I had agreed to pay $40 for patching those holes!!!!. The convenience of their delivery service is amazing. All it takes is a quick phone call or text and they will pick up my clothes from my doorstep and return them fresh and clean within a day or two. Their reliable and consistent service has never let me down. Thanks Paul and your team:)
I went to San Francisco with my family last week, and I stayed at a place nearby this cleaner. I needed to get my clothes washed immediately, and I came to this dry cleaner because it has such good reviews on Google. I got my clothes washed and folded the way I wanted in such rush time frame. Thank you Citi Cleaners for your great service, and such an inexpensive price for it. I would definitely recommend its service to all of my friends and family.
We were in San Francisco for spring break trip with my grandchildren. Due to the hotel did not provide laundry service, we had to look for laundromat nearby so my grandchildren's dirty clothes can be washed. It was just a small amount of clothes, but Citi Cleaners took great care of them and I have to give full credit on their wash & fold service!
