Moving here just a few days ago was a great decision. The hope of kindness still existing has been validated from the moment I drive through the gates at Citation Club, every time I walk in through the leasing office, workout at the gym, go for an early morning jog and/or sit by the pool. My neighbors are all magnificent and friendly and my dog is delighted every time I take her out for her morning, afternoon and evening walks. RecommendedCitation Club Apartments has been such a great place to live because of the amenities, how well kept the neighborhood is, and along with helpful communication from the office. We were also well informed on how to be prepared during Hurricane Dorian, and the updates to the apartment complex with new additions to our own dog park and even new paint for the buildings which already looks very nice. I would definitely recommend living in Citation Club Apartments.

My apartment is beautiful. We have a great and enormous kitchen! The grounds are well kept and the community is very pet friendly. My family and I love the amenities as well.

Customer service is the worst. They can’t help you with anything. I moved here because it was a gated. The gate is 80 percent of the time not working . You have people that don’t live here coming and going. They don’t care for the safety of the people that live here. Another thing I rented a garage and people that don’t live here park in front of my garage. I called them and she said she will be right over to put a sticker on that car, and she NEVER came. Very dog friendly community Maintenance is one of the best team is run by Matt that I have ever had Office is very friendly and accommodating nice community to live in

Recently we had the misfortune of dealing with them ... Crystal actually . Although area is very nice, Matt was very sweet I would say! IF you are reading this before applying DONT!! They offered a so called special with no application fee.. And yet! $550 later were denied. No money back!!!! We had an Error on our report. After lying and saying all we needed was a letter correcting issue to move forward.. That letter was furnished and they still denied! Crystal is a lier and misleading and put us thru hell for nothing!! BEWA... read more
