Worked for this company for 4 month and when I did my first deal they paid me 5bps. I made 50 dollars for hours and hours of my time. I wouldn't work or do a mortgage with this company. I wanted my client to go through a different bank but was overruled and my commission was taken from me. This place and the principal broker Tristen Kirk is a bully to his agents and brokers.
