Dr. Cisneros is very thorough and I appreciate his candor. Staff is friendly and will remind you of appointments. Also appreciate great referrals to specialists as needed. Appointments have always been on time.
I never have to wait long to be seen at the office. Dr. Cisneros answers all my questions and never rushes me. I feel very comfortable there. Nurse Michelle is always patient with me and efficient.
Everyone at the office is very Professional. Dr. Cisneros always makes me feel very comfortable and never rushed. He always has all my information at hand. I am very happy with my doctor.

I've been waiting for a week to get a refill I've called the office numerous times the pharmacy is called numerous times I've asked the office to give me a return call and I've heard nothing when it's been a week it's horrible
He cares about your concerns and explains to you in a manner that you can understand. Excellent doctor in my mind.
The Doctor is very nice and I feel he provides good care. I have several issues with the way the office is managed. When you call to make an appt, they have to check with the dr and call you back to schedule. He evidently manages his schedule and approves all appointments. Also his front desk girl is RUDE. Trying to get results back for scans or blood work is not done in a timely manner. A little kindness and compassion goes a long way, especially when one is dealing with a health issue.
