Dr. Cisneros has been my wife's doctor for at least 10 years and mine for the past 2 years.He has always been very kind and professional to us both. I had covid this past October and I truly believe he saved my life. He was on vacation and had facetime visits with me twice. His nurse Michelle, is always helpful and professional. We trust him with all our medical needs. We highly recommend him.
Dr Cisneros has been my primary doctor for more than 10 years. I have found him to be a consummate medical professional and an excellent communicator. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone seeking a primary care physician, especially for a long-term medical relationship.
Positive experience , He never talks down to you, keeps you well inform of all avenue possible to take care of your health situation; real clear on objective concerning you health very thorough when examining you and always listen when you tell him your issues not dismissive of worries.
Dr. Cisneros is the kindest most caring physician I have had in many years. His compassion is so reassuring. Having had a bout with a horrible virus I had multiple video visits with Dr. Cisneros and he was always so compassionate and anxious to help me get better. You can't find better for your family physician.
Dr Cisneros was suggested by someone when I first moved to Palm Cost 35 Months ago. It turned out to be a great stroke of luck for me. Dr. Cisneros and his First Lieutenant Michelle have always been very courteous and professional to me even when my nerves have been a bit on edge. My last visit was via iphone because the office was closed due to Hurricane Ian....but rather than just cancel my long awaited appointment he worked from home and we met on Facetime. I think of Dr Cisneros and his staff as family he has been my doctor for the pass 16 years. He always takes time to hear my concerns: Then he will tell me just what to do. I would like to recommend Dr. Cisneros to all needing care.
I gave him a 1 star because there was no negative stars available. I only went to see this clown because he was the only Dr. available to get a check up. He was all masked up and was all broken up because I was not. I asked him if he could tell me if there was any kind of real science behind the mask and he snapped at me saying everyone does it. This gentelman was seen once in the office and he stated on the initial forms that he wanted a well visit. A well visit was gladly completed. Neither our billing company, nor myself, have ever charged 60.00, or any amount, for asking a question. I have never advised a patient that, "I will ask the questions here". As per request, records were actually mailed to him. So sorry for his disappointment during the visit. GC
Bad. He does not answer the phone when you need him or call you back. I ended up in the hospital due to his lack of care. Will not recommend him to anyone
Dr. Cisneros and his staff are simply incredible. They are always available to help with any issues. I love the way Dr. C takes the time to explain all issues and helps you to understand everything. He is never rushed and always takes ample time to listen to all of my concerns. I'm very blessed to have Dr. Cisneros and staff looking out for me!
